SWT was founded in 2017 to change how health and safety training is done. We want it to be simple and easy to understand. Our goal is to help people make workplaces safer with practical skills and positive thinking.
Our values guide everything we do, leading to growth and success. We make sure people are trained well and confident to use what they learn. Our courses and services get real results for everyone involved.

The original aim when SWT began was not to become the biggest health and safety training provider in the UK but to become the best at what we do. This has meant that from the very beginning, we have focused on delivering exceptional training that has high standards of delivery and engagement.
To ensure we maintain high standards, we employ some of the country’s most experienced trainers and health and safety consultants who bring a wealth of experience and real-world experience in managing Health & Safety across a range of industry sectors.
Our courses are delivered at our training centres in Southampton and Amesbury, or we can deliver training at your premises, whether you are in the UK, or Worldwide.
We are passionate about changing the negative perceptions attached to Health & Safety training and removing the tick box element from our consultancy services.
