Our Story and Values
SWT Health and Safety was founded in 2017 by an Armed Forces veteran who saw an industry too often built around ticking boxes rather than genuinely changing behaviour on site. We set out to do it differently: practical, engaging training delivered by people who’ve actually managed health and safety in the real world — not just taught it.
As a veteran-owned business and ELCAS Approved Training Provider, we understand the transition from military service to civilian careers, and we’re proud to support service leavers building a future in health and safety through NEBOSH, IOSH, and NVQ qualifications funded via Standard Learning Credits.
We’re also a NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner, with pass rates above the national average across our courses. But the accreditations aren’t the point — they’re the evidence. The point is a workplace that’s genuinely safer because the training actually stuck.
